it's totally worth it, even if you end up going back to "minimal poo" eventually like I did. Might as well switch the kids over now while they're still young, btw :)
ReplyDeleteI read an article about this a couple of years ago but I never could get the mixture right. I gave up and started using the Jason shampoo at the commissary. It's not the best but it doesn't have sodium lauryl sulfate in it. Let me know if this works for you. I didn't read the whole article so I don't know if it mentions this, but give your hair some time to adjust. Good luck! :)
